This Suwa Mandala was done for a young female client who is a highly sensitive person and empath, and a spiritual healer, in search of self-worth and soul alignment. Despite her intelligence, talents and skills, she has not been able to tap fully into her power of manifestation and co-creation, and live the fulfilling life she is capable of living, due to deep self-worth issues stemming primarily from her mother wound.

Through the meditations I did for the client with the intention of enhancing her capacity for becoming a conscious co-creator and manifesting abundance in all aspects of her life, I received several symbols, the most significant being the conch shell in the background of the ocean, the flower Peony, the Octahedron and the number 3, which is a number of expansion and abundance.

Since ancient times, the conch has been used in various ceremonies across diverse cultures and religious traditions, as a sacred symbol of power, royalty and divine connection. In Hindu mythology, the conch, known as the ‘Shankha’, symbolizes creation and is often associated with the preserver god Vishnu. Shankha (Conch Shell) is believed to have originated from the cosmic ocean during the churning of the ocean of milk. The legend of the Samudra Manthan (churning of the ocean) is told in various Hindu scriptures, including the Puranas and the Mahabharata. According to the legend, the ‘devas’ (gods) and ‘asuras’ (demons) churned the ocean of milk for a thousand years using Mount Mandara as a churning rod and the serpent Vasuki as a churning rope. As they churned the ocean, fourteen precious objects and beings emerged, including the Shankha, which was then placed with Lord Vishnu. Some texts also mention that the Shankha was placed with Goddess Lakshmi, Lord Vishnu’s consort. The Shankha is said to be the abode of the goddess Lakshmi, as she is the goddess of wealth and prosperity. Lord Vishnu’s Shankha, known as Panchajanya, often depicted in his right hand, is a divine weapon that has the power to create, protect, and destroy. It represents the sound of the primordial “Om”, which is the sound of creation. The Shankha is also associated with the Vedic concept of Prana, the universal life force[1].

The ocean depicts the cosmic ocean, or the ocean of our consciousness, which holds unlimited pure potential, which, when tapped with the purity of our spiritual hearts, can manifest in our physical reality anything that is in alignment with our souls and our highest good.

The Peony, with its lush layers of petals, embodies a spirit of opulence and prosperity. Within the tapestry of Chinese culture, the Peony reigns as the 'King of Flowers'. Its presence is a talisman of honour, wealth, and good fortune. Hence, the Peony carries with it the essence of nobility and prosperity, an emblem of grace and power. The Peony's enduring beauty can also be seen as a reflection of God's boundless creativity and the intricate tapestry of creation[2]. Feng Shui enthusiasts often turn to the Peony as a botanical ally in the quest for abundance. Its lush petals are believed to channel positive energy, making it a living emblem of affluence within the home or office[3].

Numerologically, the number 3 is described as a powerful creative force that amplifies our thoughts, words, and emotions, representing self-expression, communication, creativity, optimism, and joy. It is said that living in alignment with the energy of this number invites happiness, abundance, and good fortune into our lives[4].

In terms of the Light Language incorporated, the Octahedron denotes manifestation, while the turquoise Octahedron in particular creates worth in yourself as well as your connection with Spirit, helping you with cleansing and purifying any negative energies including limiting believes that are restricting your capacity for conscious co-creation and manifestation. The yellow, orange, and red Peonies represent the three earth-based chakras, i.e., Solar Plexus, Sacral and Root, which need to be healed and strengthened for physical manifestation, and the green leaves represent the Heart chakra, which needs healing for your growth and to attract abundance. For it is the energetic frequency of our heart consciousness that attract relationships and situations that ultimately create our realities. Similar to the Octahedron where manifestation takes place at its ‘heart centre’ where the two pyramids connected to heaven and earth meet, it is our heart (middle/4th chakra, connected to our Spiritual/Higher Heart) that holds the power of creation.

Overall, the message from Spirit for the client as enshrined in this Suwa Mandala is to expand her power of conscious co-creation, with Spirit (in the form of Shankha) as her ally, by cultivating her connection with Spirit as well as her self-worth, purifying herself of negative thinking patterns and limiting beliefs, healing her heart and strengthening her connection with Mother Earth (grounding). She is surrounded by, and is a part of the cosmic ocean of pure potentiality. Just like the Peonies that are nestled within the conch shell, waiting to be discovered and appreciated for its beauty, brightness and brilliance, with its blessings of abundance, she is invited to discover her own abundance within her. For she is a powerful co-creator, the master of her own reality and destiny!
